Return Policy

All of our products are homemade with natural products. Refunds are not permitted. All sales are FINAL! We will allow store credit exchanges in the event UR cosmetics has made a delivery error. Store credit will be applied to unused items returned within 7 days. Store credit expires 7 days after delivery. UR cosmetics is not responsible for errors made by customer.

UR cosmetics is also not responsible for errors made in transit by postal workers. All items are examined prior to delivery to ensure they are intact. All products damaged in transit must be addressed with USPS.
